DAMAC Properties, one of the UAE’s leading private property developers, has announced the launch of Riverside Views, its inaugural project for 2025. This development is situated within the newly established DAMAC Riverside community, aiming to harmoniously blend urban convenience with suburban tranquillity.
The announcement was made during a press event at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena, attended by DAMAC’s Managing Director, Amira Sajwani, senior executives, agent partners, brokers, and media representatives. The event was further highlighted by the presence of international celebrities, including Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.
Riverside Views will feature a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments across eight uniquely themed clusters: Teal, Azure, Marine, Indigo, Royal, Capri, Sun, and Pacific. The design focuses on connecting residents with nature and fostering a sense of community, incorporating green spaces and water features to enhance well-being.
Strategically located approximately 15 minutes from both Expo 2020 and Al Maktoum International Airport, Riverside Views offers residents easy access to key areas of Dubai. The development boasts a range of amenities, including five signature dining options such as the Portofino Italian Restaurant and a floating island restaurant. Wellness facilities include a Zen Spa, hydroponic farm, fitness centres by the water, a floating chess stage, a floating opera, essential oil lakes, and Peace Rooms designed to promote mindfulness and creativity.
Pricing for the apartments starts at AED 888,000 for one-bedroom units and AED 1,420,000 for two-bedroom units. The development offers a 70/30 payment plan, with completion scheduled for 31 May 2028.
The launch of Riverside Views follows a successful year for DAMAC Properties, during which the company introduced three major community developments: Sun City, DAMAC Islands, and the DAMAC Riverside community. Building on this momentum, DAMAC plans to unveil additional projects and provide significant construction updates throughout 2025.
