In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Roborock, a global leader in home robotics, has unveiled five new smart home cleaning models at IFA 2024. The announcement signals a significant milestone for the company, which has consistently pushed boundaries in intelligent cleaning technology over the last decade. The new lineup includes advanced robotic vacuums, cordless vacuums, and an innovative smart washer-dryer, all designed to simplify household chores and enhance everyday life.

Roborock Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge: Elevating Robotic Cleaning
At the forefront of the new collection are the Roborock Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge, both of which feature industry-first technologies. The most notable of these is the AdaptiLift Chassis, a three-wheel control system that automatically adjusts the height of the vacuum by up to 10mm, allowing it to adapt to various floor types seamlessly. This means that even mid-to-long pile carpets and thresholds up to 4cm can be cleaned efficiently, setting a new standard in robotic vacuum performance.
A key innovation in these models is the Dual Anti-Tangle System, designed to solve one of the most common issues faced by robotic vacuums—hair tangling. The Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge feature a DuoDivide Main Brush with short bristle rollers and spiral blades that direct hair towards the dustbin, eliminating tangling and increasing cleaning efficiency. In tests conducted by SGS, this design achieved a remarkable 0% tangling rate and 100% hair removal rate.
These vacuums are powered by Roborock’s 18,500Pa HyperForce suction system, which works alongside a FlexiArm Technology extendable side brush and right-side mop to ensure a meticulous clean. The vacuums’ Multifunctional Dock 3.0 also includes a hot mop washing feature, which uses 75°C water to remove over 99.99% of bacteria from the mop pads.
With a focus on both aesthetics and functionality, the Roborock Qrevo Curv comes equipped with a sleek, all-in-one dock that complements its streamlined design, blending seamlessly into any home environment while delivering high-performance cleaning.
Roborock Qrevo Slim: Revolutionising Slim Robotic Vacuums
Another standout in Roborock’s latest offering is the Qrevo Slim, the industry’s slimmest robot vacuum equipped with 3D Time of Flight (ToF) navigation technology. Standing at just 8.2cm tall, the Qrevo Slim is specifically designed to clean hard-to-reach areas, such as under furniture, with ease.
This model uses Roborock’s StarSight™ Autonomous System, which incorporates advanced ToF technology developed in partnership with industry leaders Infineon, pmd, and OFlim. The system utilises a dual-light 3D ToF sensor with over 21,600 laser points and a 38,400Hz sampling frequency, as well as an intelligent RGB camera, to navigate rooms with pinpoint accuracy. The Qrevo Slim can recognise and react to up to 73 types of obstacles, making it highly efficient even in cluttered environments.
Designed with pet owners in mind, the vacuum intelligently detects pets and adjusts its movements to avoid disturbing them, stopping its main brush when needed. With its powerful 11,000Pa suction and advanced brush design, the Qrevo Slim ensures a thorough clean, while the Multifunctional Dock 3.0 allows for hands-free operation with upgraded mop washing and self-cleaning capabilities.
Roborock H5: Lightweight, Cordless Power
Roborock also introduced the H5, a cordless vacuum that combines power and precision in a compact, lightweight design. Weighing just 1.82kg with the motorised mini brush attached, the H5 is designed for easy manoeuvrability without sacrificing performance. It boasts 158AW of suction power and features a sophisticated nine-cyclone dust separation system alongside a five-stage filtration process, ensuring a high level of cleanliness.
Roborock Zeo Lite: A New Era in Washer-Dryer Technology
Rounding off Roborock’s new lineup is the Zeo Lite, a smart washer-dryer that incorporates the world’s first Zeo-cycle™ drying technology. This breakthrough allows for gentle drying at moderate temperatures by harnessing the Zeo Lite’s exceptional water vapour absorption capabilities. It provides effective washing and drying for delicate fabrics without the need for extreme heat.
The Zeo Lite is equipped with a large capacity, capable of handling up to 10kg for washing and 6kg for drying. With 27 customisable wash and dry modes available through the Roborock app, this washer-dryer automatically adjusts water and detergent levels based on load weight, offering a seamless, hands-free laundry experience.
